Returns

We accept return requests only if:

  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the product.

Items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed.
  • In their original packaging.
  • With all tags, accessories, and invoices included.

Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products without original packaging or tags.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items unless received damaged or incorrect.

Refund Policy

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or UPI after verifying your account details.

Exchange Policy

We provide replacement or exchange only if:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive the wrong item.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

If your prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order Number
  • Clear photos or videos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
